Social media platforms are configured as spaces of intense communication and cultural expression, significantly impacting contemporary society. They inform, but also misinform, becoming central to social analysis, especially in times of crisis. Organizations such as the WHO, CDC, and ANVISA use these platforms to disseminate health policies, expanding their public reach and influence. However, the massive use of social networks fosters infodemic - a phenomenon characterized by an excess of rapidly disseminated and often inaccurate information - which can undermine democracy and the right to life. This study proposes to analyze the social representations surrounding the discourses of health agencies shared on Twitter (now X) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach is based on Corpus Linguistics, using Multidimensional Lexical Analysis (Berber Sardinha, 2016, 2017, 2020, 2021) to examine a corpus of 29.470 tweets in Portuguese. After processes of tagging, lemmatization, and factor analysis, six discursive dimensions were identified. This study focuses on the first: (1) Science, Public Health, Justice, and Global Equity versus Distrust in Health Institutions and Political and Social Polarization. The goal is to understand the narratives and meanings constructed on social media and their implications within the Brazilian context during global health crises.
